This is a sample handover note, not a real client file.
Local code, engineering, and installation responsibility must be confirmed by the buyer's local team.

Room tags
- LIVING-01: sofa, side tables, rug, loose lighting.
- KITCHEN-01: cabinet panels, hardware box, countertop note, sink and tap package.
- BATH-01 to BATH-03: vanity, basin, tap, toilet, shower screen, drain, accessories.
- FACADE-01: window crates, elevation label, hardware bag, installation note.

First-open inspection
1. Open fragile and high-value packages first after delivery.
2. Check glass, stone, lacquered panels, ceramic surfaces, mirrors, and lighting shades.
3. Match item codes against the packing list before moving packages between rooms.
4. Record photo evidence for damage, missing parts, or wrong labels within the claim window.

Installer handover
1. Follow room tags and item codes before unpacking everything.
2. Keep hardware bags with the related cabinet, door, window, or furniture item.
3. Separate factory installation notes from local compliance or engineering responsibility.
4. Paid on-site guidance can be quoted when sequencing and issue checks need support.
