How to read these examples

These are estimated sourcing scenarios for early planning, not quotations and not verified client references. Real projects must be recalculated from drawings, quantities, destination, delivery access, installation plan, tax, and service scope.

Australia

A 200 sqm home package may combine windows, flooring or tiles, cabinets, bathroom items, loose furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, and bedding. Local compliance, GST, timber packaging, delivery access, and installation handoff need to be checked early.

Dubai

Dubai villa projects often have stronger budgets and higher local fit-out costs, so a China-side furniture, cabinet, lighting, soft furnishing, and selected building-material package can be competitive when delivery and installation coordination are planned.

Malaysia

Malaysia is not usually a low-price advantage market for basic products. The route makes more sense for higher-spec customization, premium loose furniture, lighting, cabinets, and buyers who want less coordination work.

Spain

Spain and Southern Europe need careful positioning. China sourcing can work for villas, hospitality, show units, and custom interiors, but the buyer must check import taxes, delivery access, local installation, certification needs, and whether the savings justify the route.
