The buyer had already selected INSIGHT and needed FoshanBuild to test that choice against the market, recover the supplier's product and factory claims from the recorded discussion, compare two exact packages and define what must be locked in writing before deposit.

The IWF market scan, focused INSIGHT validation, 31m53s recording review, two model schedules and client report are complete; written model specifications, export packing, warranty, final layout and PI are the next gate.

The site record is complete and the active kitchen brief now reflects the island cooking layout, revised oven direction, and outstanding Australian compliance evidence.

  • Prepared a site-measurement brief covering access, room scope, door and window openings, ceiling heights, beams, columns, kitchen and bathroom conditions, service points, and photo indexing.
  • Coordinated the local site team and organized the returned field record for the client, designers, and China-side suppliers.
  • Supported the Foshan selection program and organized working references for cabinetry, appliances, lighting, furniture, outdoor items, drawings, BOQ, and supplier comparison.
  • Recorded the latest kitchen revision: the wall cooktop and hood were removed, the cooking system moved to the island, and the oven direction was reselected.

The project is active. Revised drawings, exact appliance specifications, supplier technical information, and Australian compliance evidence remain under coordination.

  • Translated lagoon-side humidity, salt-spray, UV, and corrosion exposure into material, coating, fastener, IP/IK, warranty, maintenance, and packing evidence requirements.
  • Prepared the first planning budget, with logistics, taxes, installation, commissioning, and local engineering listed separately for later confirmation.

The scope-review and budget-planning milestone is complete. Client priority decisions and supplier-backed technical quotations remain pending.
