Services

One-stop project service from sourcing to delivery.

Use this when you need professional control over suppliers, categories, quote basis, QC, packing, delivery handoff, and optional installation guidance.

Service model

Not a factory. Not a simple middleman. A one-stop project service provider.

FoshanBuild charges for professional project work: sourcing, quote comparison, supplier follow-up, QC, packing records, delivery handoff, and optional installation guidance. The goal is a steadier route and better total value, not a product resale pitch.

Service-based fee

For projects that proceed, the main service fee is based on the total purchased goods value and confirmed before work starts.

Day-rate fallback

If the project does not proceed or no purchase is completed, we charge only for the actual working days already used.

Transparent scope

Product value, service fee, shipping, customs, tax, local delivery, installation guidance, and reserve are separated so the buyer can see the true landed picture.

Scope

What FoshanBuild can help coordinate.

Sourcing route

Product category mapping, supplier shortlisting, showroom route planning, and first quote comparison.

Quote clarification

EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP assumptions, CBM, packaging, inland trucking, samples, and payment schedule checks.

Project schedule

Room-by-room list, product images, dimensions, finish notes, lead times, supplier contact, and risk notes.

Project manager tracking

A professional project manager follows the order from brief, selection, quote, deposit, production, QC, packing, shipping, and delivery handover.

Factory and showroom visits

Plan a practical route around Foshan product clusters, not random showroom hopping.

Quality checks

Sample review, production photo checks, dimensions, hardware, surface finish, pre-assembly, and packing photo records.

Shipping handoff

CBM collection, packing list coordination, loading photos, forwarder communication, and destination delivery questions.

Paid on-site installation guidance

For suitable projects, paid on-site guidance can support the local installer with sequence, product handover, issue checking, and final placement.

How this differs from a factory or middleman

We charge for project service, not for pretending to be a factory.

Multiple categories

Furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, tiles, stone, bathrooms, lighting, and hardware are handled as one project schedule.

Decision records

Every important decision needs image, material, size, price basis, supplier, and approval status.

Export awareness

Product choices are checked against packing, shipping, replacement, and destination-market practicalities.

Installation handover

The handover can include installation sequence notes, packing labels, room tags, and optional paid site guidance.

Proof of process

What a serious buyer should expect before money moves.

For a mixed furniture and building-material order, trust comes from records. The work should leave a clear trail that a homeowner, builder, designer, forwarder, or installer can inspect.

01

Room-by-room item schedule

Images, dimensions, finishes, room tags, supplier, price basis, lead time, packing notes, and approval status are kept in one working schedule.

02

Quote comparison and scope log

Supplier offers are compared by material, hardware, packaging, trade term, CBM, warranty assumption, and what is excluded, not only by lowest unit price.

03

Sample, drawing, and finish approvals

Key decisions are locked before deposit or production: color, surface, door direction, handle, stone pattern, glass, hardware, and accessories.

04

QC, packing, and loading records

The useful evidence is production photos, size checks, surface checks, packing photos, labels, crate notes, loading sequence, and missing-item records.

05

Delivery and installation handover

Room tags, packing references, installation sequence notes, and issue lists can be prepared for the local team. Paid site guidance is available for suitable projects.

Risk control

What we clarify instead of hiding.

Pure product price vs landed cost

Product cost, sourcing service, inland trucking, freight, customs, tax, door delivery, installation guidance, and reserve must be separated.

Local compliance is country-specific

Windows, glass, electrical items, plumbing, fire, tax, and local installation rules must be checked by market and project.

Process evidence before marketing claims

Use schedules, quote basis, QC, packing, and delivery handoff records to judge whether the project is being controlled.

Not every project should buy from China

Small, urgent, highly regulated, or installation-heavy orders may be better sourced locally. The first step is judging whether the route is worth it.

Day-rate only

If no purchase is completed

If the project does not proceed to purchase, we charge only for the actual working days already used.
