Why this field visit matters to a buyer
Building-material decisions fail when a visual sample is separated from system details, accessories, test scope, installation interfaces, packing, and responsibility. FoshanBuild will use the fair as an early discovery and comparison layer, then carry suitable routes into controlled RFQs and project-specific verification.
Field focus
- Whole-home and premium customization, including cabinetry, panels, finishes, hardware, and coordinated material systems.
- System doors and windows, entrance doors, shading, and the documentation needed to match a proposed configuration to a project requirement.
- Ceramic tiles, sintered stone, flooring, coatings, decorative surfaces, and the controls needed for batch, shade, size, packing, and replacement planning.
- Integrated supply-chain and building-service categories where scope, interfaces, local approvals, and installation responsibility must remain visible.
Buyer questions to test at the fair
- Can the supplier identify the exact system, section, material, finish, hardware, accessory, and tested configuration?
- Which certificates or test reports exist, and do they match the model, dimensions, use, and destination requirement rather than only the brand name?
- How will drawings, openings, tolerances, samples, batch control, spare materials, labels, and installation interfaces be managed?
- What is included in the EXW or FOB price, and what remains with the buyer, forwarder, customs broker, engineer, or local installer?
- Can the candidate route support production checks, packing evidence, consolidation, and an accountable after-sales path?
Planned outputs
- A shortlist organized by project category and technical question, with duplicate or unsuitable routes excluded.
- A written separation between booth observations, supplier statements, official documents, samples, factory checks, and project approvals.
- Follow-up RFQs and evidence requests for shortlisted doors, windows, customization, surfaces, hardware, and integrated systems.
- A post-show field note that keeps discovered options, verified facts, unresolved risks, and buyer decisions in separate states.

FoshanBuild plans to attend as a buyer-side procurement and project coordination service. FoshanBuild is not an organizer, official partner, exhibitor, exhibitor representative, certification body, laboratory, engineer, architect, customs broker, or local installer for the fair.
