Publication standard

Every record must answer four questions.

Source and dateState which stage produced the record and when it was obtained or reviewed.
Evidence stateSeparate original field records, report pages, anonymized derivatives, and text-only records; templates and budget models stay outside this library.
What it can showDescribe only the numbers, actions, and current state directly supported by the record.
What it cannot showState when the record is not a factory audit, certification, order, payment, delivery, installation, or acceptance result.

Privacy boundary: client names, exact addresses, private messages, personal contacts, QR codes, customer prices, margins, and internal source systems are not published.
