Why this field visit matters to a buyer
A furniture fair is useful only when product appearance is translated into a comparable buying record. FoshanBuild will use the visit to identify relevant routes, then separate what can be observed at the stand from what still requires a factory quotation, specification sheet, sample, test record, QC plan, and export-packing confirmation.

- Original and contemporary furniture for living, dining, bedroom, hospitality, office, and commercial spaces.
- Sofas, sleep products, outdoor furniture, home textiles, accessories, and material directions that can be coordinated across a whole project.
- Manufacturing equipment and process signals that may help explain repeatability, finish control, and production constraints.
- Supplier routes suitable for overseas project quantities, documentation, packing, consolidation, and after-sales follow-up.
Buyer questions to test at the fair
- Who is the legal seller and who actually manufactures the shortlisted product?
- Can the exact model, dimensions, substrate, finish, hardware, fabric, foam, and optional changes be recorded in writing?
- What are the MOQ, sample route, lead time, warranty, spare-part, and export-packing terms?
- Can the stand quotation be converted into a seller-issued EXW or FOB offer on one controlled RFQ basis?
- Which claims are visible at the fair, and which still need factory, document, sample, or production verification?

- A category-by-category field shortlist tied to actual buyer requirements, not a generic exhibitor directory.
- Dated field notes and permitted photographs, with booth observations kept separate from factory or certification evidence.
- A follow-up list for comparable quotations, material samples, model specifications, packing, warranty, and supplier verification.
- A post-show update that records what was completed, what remains open, and which routes are relevant to overseas projects.
